Revision of 28 October 2026
In short: the app puts games together and keeps the tally, it does not take or move money; behave like a human being, and report those who do not — we will look into it.
Kvoria brings people to games: the organiser announces a game, players sign up, and afterwards both sides leave scores.
The app neither takes nor moves money. A «player account» is a ledger: the organiser notes in it how much they received and how much they charged for a game. You settle up with the organiser directly, past us, and money disputes are not ours to settle.
An account is yours and single. Logging in as somebody else, handing yours over, or starting a second one to get around a block is not allowed.
Insults, harassment, threats, stirring up hatred — in reviews, in names, in team names and in game descriptions.
Somebody else's photo. An avatar is your own face or something impersonal; a photograph of another person is not allowed.
Spam and advertising: links to outside services, mass invitations, made-up games posted just to get into the list.
Other people's personal details: another person's phone, address or workplace are not yours to publish.
Untruth in a review. A review is about how somebody played and whether they showed up, not about what you think of them.
A review is reported from the review itself: the report hides it immediately, before anyone looks into it, while the score keeps counting.
A person looks into it, not a machine. While a report is pending the review stays hidden — but no longer than seven days: a report nobody handled lets the review back into the list, so that reporting cannot hide an inconvenient truth forever.
A person is reported through «Feedback» in your profile, topic «Report a player»: what happened, at which game, and who was involved.
A person can be blocked. They will then not find you in search, not open your profile, not send a friend request and not invite you to a team or a game; an existing friendship is severed. You stop seeing them just the same.
Blocking is quiet: we notify nobody about it, and a blocked person cannot find out they were blocked — to them you look like someone who is not in the app.
If someone breaks no rules and you simply do not need their games, hide the organiser instead: their games leave «Games» and search, while your own bookings stay where they are.
Acting on a report, we can hide a review, take a photo down, ask for a name to be changed, or block the account — and then it can no longer log in.
A person makes that call, and makes it by these rules. If you think we got it wrong, write to support.
The game happens in the real world. The venue, its condition and how the evening went are on the people playing and on whoever runs the game. The app helps you agree; it does not answer for the agreement.
The rules may change: a new revision carries a new date in the first line of this page.
